HIIT Workout || Legs

Today was leg day *surprise surprise * and I  decided to  do it HIIT style (again) . I followed a FitnessBlender  Cardio Legs workout  and this is what I did . It was pretty darn hard but it works the quadriceps, the calves and the glutes . Legs feel like jelly afterwards tho. For the cooldown I did some yoga freestyle static stretches .

For music, I was playing a Ed Sheeran  and JB mashup on repeat. (Called ‘Love Drunk’)

I was sweating in blue leggings  and a basketball shirt (that said Player 05)

HAve a great sweaty day .
